MDI Calibration Notes and Known Problems

MDI data calibration procedures and known problems.
This information is organized by items that affect all MDI data, items
that are common to all datasets based on a particular observable,

Each page includes a list of affected data products,
a detailed description of the problem and possible solution,
and a correction table if we have one.
