runmean \- Computes running mean map using "boxcar" weighting.Uses and adjusts the previous mean map where possible.
Assumes that related map files are in the directory specified by "in"
and that related running mean map files are in the directory specified by "out". The number of map files to be averaged is specified by the argument "RUNMEAN".
