- FOT turned on redundant substitution heaters (circuit 73)
	- Thermal Reconfig/Warm Reboot put everything on the redundant side
	- Circuit 73 redundant includes both channels 73/74, which includes
	 both MDI OP and EP:
		Before thermal monitoring is enabled, please set MDI's 
		prime circuit 73 to 50%, the prime circuit 74 to 60%, 
		and the redundant circuit 73 to 50%.

			- qsm3 should toggle between on for 50% and off for 50%

- Second warm reboot was triggered by the FOT, this put everything on the 
nominal side, so circuit 73 and 74 were turned on.
	- When circuit 73 and 74 nominal are on, monitor:
		qsm1 (on screen 30) and qsm2
			- qsm1 on 50%, off 50%
			- qsm2 on 60%, off 40%
			
- The FOT turned MDI on, see MDI_recovery_2002.txt

- MDI operators completed, the rest of MDI_recovery_2002.txt

- Background Queue files were sent:
	02/09/02 - MDI01004.BCK (ipreload_bck_v03.src) 01:45UT 2550 cmds
		- consisted of mbipmacl and mbipldin
			- according to /md71/log/mon5k/020209_000000.mon, the mdipldin cmds
			never made it to MDI
			- Queue had been disabled.
			-The last command to get to MDI was "tcblock mbipmacl 0x1ADF 0x01FC"

			get done.
