Daily Monitoring/Commanding Tasks:

Monitor MDI temperatures (screen 12, loi data, sequence monitor, web pages)
Check General Telemetry Page for EGSE to make sure all files are open
Monitor the PZT corrections
Verify often that telemetry is flowing and EGSE is running
Check limb figure and make sure we have future update days
Perform any instances that need to be done
Check for flares (send e-mail to local_sci@quake.stanford.edu and mdiops)
Run monitor_center every few days (log in the ops log and mail to mdiops)
Check Dumps/Patch Flat Field
Make sure movies are running outside EOF room
Monitor disk usage (df -k)
Change backup tapes daily and make SAS backup on Friday
Make new backup tapes monthly and save 1 copy from the previous month
Reboot all computers once a week
compress .hst files from 2 months ago on sas and tlm

Planning Tasks:

Generate weekly plan and email it (on Thursday's)
Update the Current Week web page with the current weekly plan (on Monday's)
Make IAP's (on Thursday's)
Make the 3 day plan, email it, update the web page (on Monday's and Thursday's)
Monitor over the weekend
Attend daily meetings and add comments to the solar center web page
Take minutes on Monday's
Generate instances for new observations
Update Monitoring Schedule on the web (every few weeks)
Update monthly MDI contact list (every month)
Update Campaign Synopsis Summary
Check the birthday list
Update the mission highlight page on the web
Check diapason's daily activity web page
Make a weekly progress report (on Friday's)
Check & Update Events and Coordinations Calendar

Non-Planner Tasks:

Update web pages - including ops manual page, cal page
Sync mdicmd's mdisw tree every few months
