REBOOTING MDISAS AND MDICMD
			---------------------------

- Close all windows on the computer

- Shut down EGSE

- Send a broadcase message to everyone saying you are going to reboot
 
  Example:		% wall
			I'm rebooting MDISAS in 30 seconds
			<Ctrl>-D

- Do a man on shutdown (man shutdown) to see the procedure

- Type something like: shutdown -g30 -y , where the 30 is the amount of time 
  before the shutdown and the -y is to preanswer the questions it will ask to 
  verify that you really want to shut down the computer

-It will shutdown automatically and return with a screen that says to 
 either turn off the machine now or press any key to reboot. You will want 
 to press any key to reboot the machine.
