Reason: Correct IP tables in preparation for opening the front door

Description: One of the IP tables has been found to be incorrect.  An hour of 
NRT commanding would enable the corrected table to be uplinked and the sequence
operation re-verified.  This task can be accomplished with shared NRT after 
completion of UVCS 1.3.x activities.

Scheduling - If time available, schedule after transition to SSR, opening the 
NRT link for 1 hour of MDI, shared with Delayed LASCO
