Title: Run strdyn (MDI-M-A) 10 minutes after VC2 transition for 20 minutes 
(total VC2 = 30 minutes)

Reason: Need to analyze "dynamics" products to determine whether new upload of
our basic structure program was successful.

Description: Run m_fl_strdyn (MDI-M-A, OCD reference name) 10 minutes after 
transition to VC2 and let it run for as long as we have VC2 which we hope will
be 30 minutes.  This procedure will only be done on April 12 and we should
return to the normal policy of ommitting strdyn or strdm5k after completion 
(until DOY 103 @ 14:30)
