Gather_rsun

is

a

stra-

tegy

module

that

col-

lects

MDI

image

size

info.

At

present

it

uses

the

image

scale

(IM_SCALE)

and

the

orbit

info

param-

e-

ter

OBS_R0

to

esti-

mate

the

pixel

radius

of

the

image.

The

radius

is

returned

as:

  R_SUN         for 1024x1024 full resolution data.
  R_SUN_2       for 2-pixel binning
  R_SUN_4       for 4 pixel binning
  R_SUN_5       for 5-pixel binned data such as the VWbinned medium-l data.
  R_SUN_6       for 6-pixel binned data such as early medium-l data.
