GROUNDPREP(1)

NAME

     groundprep - process raw filtergrams

SYNOPSIS

     groundprep [-qv] [argument= value ...]

DESCRIPTION

groundprep is an experimental module designed to do a cer-
tain amount of preprocessing on MDI filtergrams taken
through the heliostat feed. The intent is to find the
nearest complete set of filtergrams to a target velocity
time, dark-subtract and gain-correct them, locate the limb
and register them, rotate them to a common position angle,
and assess the image quality. The module is not in use or
     present development.

The -q option prints out the list of required arguments and
their default or environmental values, then quits. The -v
option sets verbose mode, redirecting history from stdout to
     stderr.

OPTIONS

in=name input dataset name (no default)

out=Dataset_Name output dataset name (no default)

t_start=time target starting time (no default)

t_cadence=time target time interval (no default)

t_delta=time tolerance for difference between target
times and observation times (no default)

dark=float dark current value (no default)
