NAME

     pdsoff - Mark a /PDS partition on/off line

SYNOPSIS

     pdsoff [-son/off] [-Oname] /PDSn

DESCRIPTION

     pdsoff will change the partn_avail DB table  for  the  given
     /PDS  by setting the pds_set_num biased by 100, negative for
     offline  and  positive  for  online.   e.g.  PDS_Set_Num   =
     -(PDS_Set_Num+100)  !!NOTE:  You  must be user production to
     change a /PDS setting.

OPTIONS

     -son/off
          status. "on"line or "off"line.  Omitting  the  -s  will
          cause the current status to be printed.

     -Oname
          Oracle db to query (default is mdi_2).
