- Space and ground based photometry: measurements of low (l < 3), intermediate (l < 10) and high (l < 1000) degree solar oscillations;
- Solar background photometric signal: granulation, mesogranulation and supergranulation;
- Solar interior: determination of the rotational velocity profile, density and sound speed variations throughout the solar interior;
- Solar cycle variation;
- Meridional circulation and zonal flows;
- Solar diameter determinations;
- Diurnal photometric conditions on a ground-based observatory.
